I didn't need someone to fix my grief. I needed someone to sit with me in it.
My name is Sandra Tavares, and this ministry was born out of a season of deep loss—the kind that changes the shape of everything.
There were times I questioned whether God saw me, heard me, or even loved me. But through the long journey of grief and healing, I began to recognize something I couldn't always see in the moment: I was not abandoned. I was held.
Held Through It All exists for anyone walking through grief, loss, heartbreak, or the quiet ache of something broken. You don't have to have it all together. You don't have to be okay.
